Team mediations.....
For example:
If your workplace has a team where there's conflict and this is impacting on how it's working and on productivity, we can again mediate this situation. How this works depends on the size of the team and the complexity of the issues.
If there are 3 to 6 members of the team, the process would be similar to that for 2 or 3 parties, but would take up to two days rather than one.
For teams larger than 6 members, the mediation would start with an initial questionnaire to all team members which would be used to consider the way forward. This would always involve first meetings with individuals, pairs or small groups. The information gathered from these meetings helps the mediators to decide how to approach the situation – probably through mediations between different members of the team, followed by a team meeting leading to agreement on how to work together in the future. This is discussed with the referrer to agree a way forward.
Because all team mediations are different, it's difficult to specify how long each one would take. However, we would always take a full referrer brief from you before giving an initial estimate of time. We then keep you updated all the way through to ensure that you're aware of how things might change.

- Breaking down cliques;
- Non-collaborative working;
- Issues following restructuring/rightsizing;
- Productivity issues resulting from breakdown in team relationships;
- Difficulties between senior executives and their colleagues/teams/stakeholders.
